ORDER CANCELLATIONS
At space by DïA, all orders are final once confirmed. We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests after a purchase has been made — please take a moment to review your order before completing checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each piece is crafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of what we create. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Should you receive a defective item, we kindly ask that you photograph the defect clearly and email us within 24 hours of receiving your abaya, along with a description of the issue and the proof of purchase.

OUR REVIEW PROCESS
Once we receive the item, our team will carefully assess it and get back to you within a reasonable timeframe. Photo proof of the defect must be sent to our email within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. If a defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement piece for you.

A SITUATION OUTSIDE THE USUAL?
Every situation is different, and we understand that. If yours doesn't fall neatly within our guidelines, please don't hesitate to write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order — we'll give it the attention it deserves and respond within 7 days.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Every piece is handcrafted and made especially for you, so good things take a little time. Orders within the UAE typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, while international orders may take 3-4 weeks. Once your abaya is on its way, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow it home.
