OVERVIEW By visiting or purchasing from Space by DïA, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. OUR STORE This store is operated by Space by DïA. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Space by DïA. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. ELIGIBILITY By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your region and have provided us with accurate and complete information to complete your purchase.
3. PRODUCTS All products are handcrafted and made to order. As each piece is made by hand, there may be slight variations in finish — this is a natural characteristic of handmade goods and is not considered a defect. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods as listed at checkout.
5. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment. Space by DïA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY Every piece is handcrafted and made to order. Estimated delivery times are 2–3 weeks within the UAE and 3–4 weeks for international orders. These are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is confirmed to be defective. Please refer to our full Refund & Exchange Policy for details on eligibility and the claims process.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Space by DïA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION We strive to ensure all information on this site is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or any other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at any time.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Space by DïA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the total value of your order.

12. GOVERNING LAW These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
